Vincent Niclo

“Over the past two years, my life has moved beyond a dream. Everything that happens to me now is a bonus”.

Shortly after this statement in 2012, Vincent Niclo achieved another major “bonus”  with the triumph of  “Opera Rouge”, which was certified triple platinum. This was followed by the launch of a project in September 2013 to celebrate the centenary of the birth of Luis Mariano. The Luis project continued the path of success achieving double platinum sales. Vincent has lent his voice to such popular shows as “Robin Hood” , “Beauty & The Beast” and “Parapluies de Cherbourg” alongside Natalie Dessay and Maestro Michel Legrand. “I have trouble saying no to these great experiences.” Vincent performed two opuses on “Forever Gentlemen”, in which he paid tribute to the master of swing Paul Anka.

Animated as much by his passion for music as a ‘flawless curiosity’, Vincent says he has lived to sing since childhood. Despite headlining musicals, performing with symphony orchestras and touring with prestigious collaborations Vincent is still excited by new projects! As a truly accomplished and varied artist Vincent Niclo today adds a new string to his bow with “Ce que je suis” (What I am) , a disc of original songs which is already platinum. A true musically shaped autobiography, “Ce que je suis” is like a blockbuster with an impressive cast, sung by a man who fears nothing. Very personal, the album is also a way to pay tribute to the great figures who rocked Vincent. Big names such as Serge Lama , Lionel Florence, Pascal Obispo, Romano Musumarra or Davide Esposito and others listed in the credits of “Ce que je suis”
